The Channel Sales & Operations Coordinator is the operational backbone of the Channel Sales function in the Print & Copy Channel Business Unit. The role keeps day-to-day sales activity running smoothly, so the Channel Sales team can perform at its best and the business can grow.
It combines sales administration, partner support, and operational coordination with ownership of key channel processes and business controls. You will manage the full lifecycle of our channel partner and vendor relationships: partner onboarding, reseller agreements, vendor contracts, renewals, compliance tracking, MDF administration, and certification management.
Working with the Channel Sales team, vendors, and internal departments, you will keep administration accurate, processes efficient, and channel initiatives on schedule. Strong organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are essential.
You will report to the Sales Director and work closely with the Sales Ordering & Renewal Processes team, Finance, HR, and other relevant departments/domains.
1. Support the Sales Director with reports, presentations, and sales performance summaries.
2. Keep partner and reseller records accurate and up to date across all clusters.
3. Share pricing, product, promotion, and policy updates with partners and sales teams.
4. Build and maintain performance dashboards in Power BI and the CRM.
5. Coordinate onboarding for new reseller partners and new team members
6. Drive new initiatives utilising AI which will bring efficiencies to this role and operation of the domain
1. Provide sales data and reports to help plan and measure marketing campaigns.
2. Contribute ideas and content for the company website.
1. Manage the lifecycle of reseller agreements and vendor contracts, from preparation to signature and filing.
2. Maintain a renewals calendar and start renewal discussions well ahead of expiry.
3. Track partner compliance with contract terms, programme requirements, and internal business controls.
4. Work with HR, Legal and Finance on contract changes, approvals, and audits.
1. Maintain an up-to-date register of all vendor and supplier agreements, partner programmes, certifications, and rebate arrangements relevant to the Print & Copy Channel Business Unit.
2. Coordinate vendor contract renewals, certification requirements, programme compliance obligations, and related deadlines, ensuring timely action and stakeholder awareness.
3. Act as the day-to-day administrative liaison with vendor partners, supporting relationship management and escalating commercial or strategic matters where appropriate.
4. Administer vendor-funded programmes, including MDF claims, co-marketing agreements, service credits, rebate schemes, and co-op funding, ensuring submissions are accurate, timely, and fully documented.
5. Maintain accurate records of vendor budgets, claims, rebates, programme performance, and supplier targets, providing reporting and tracking as required.
1. Develop maintain simple procedures and records to ensure consistent channel and vendor administration.
2. Identify process improvements and support the implementation of more efficient ways of working.
3. Maintain contract, vendor, and programme documentation in line with company quality and information security requirements.
4. Keep a central library of supplier, customer, and dealer agreements.
5. Provide regular updates on contract renewals, vendor programmes, MDF activity, and compliance status.
6. AI engagement for improvements
• Build weekly and monthly reports on pipeline, sell-through, and partner performance.
• Calculate and reconcile rebates, incentives, and partner commissions with Finance
• Flag trends, at-risk partners, and process gaps to the channel team
• Help plan and run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key partners, as well as internal reviews to track company performance and goals
1. Coordinate the onboarding of new team members joining the channel business, including documentation, system access, and induction scheduling
2. Act as a point of continuity for new joiners during their first weeks, working with the relevant Cluster Manager to ensure a structured start
1–2 years in sales operations, sales administration, channel or partner programmes, or contract administration
Degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience with a CRM (preferably webCRM) and Power BI or a similar reporting tool
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills: lookups, pivot tables, and basic power BI
5. Clear written and verbal communication with partners, vendors, and internal teams
Experience in the print, copy, or office technology channel is preferred
Familiarity with ISO 9001 or ISO 27001 documentation is preferred- not essential
Experience administering contracts, renewals, or compliance processes.
Experience with MDF, rebate, or vendor certification programmes.
Experience using AI platforms and the application of.
