The Role

Are you looking for an exciting operations role within a fast-paced working environment?

If so, this is an excellent opportunity to utilise your organisational skills and join the new ISO Team in the headquarters of a progressive international software house based in Harrow, London.

This role requires an enthusiastic, detail oriented individual working with the Digital Transformation & Quality Excellence Lead Manager who oversees and manages the ISO framework to update and maintain all department processes for the purpose of maintaining our ISO 9001 and 27001 certifications. This is a new fulltime role within the company for a newly created department.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Reviewing/Updating company departmental procedures with the Digital Transformation Lead Manager
  2. Standardizing existing procedures
  3. Discussing with Team Managers any changes
  4. Maintaining company departmental procedures
  5. Assisting with planning and completing ISO audits
  6. Update the tools required for managing ISO documentation
  7. Assisting with coordinating ISO meetings and minutes
  8. Assisting with investigating non-conformances
  9. Updating processes where necessary
  10. Follow up corrective action with necessary departments
  11. Update records when complete
  12. Communicating with ISO management company
  13. Assisting with company training records and planning
  14. Contribute to continual improvement of all company operations

Key Skills

  1. Experience: Minimum one-year experience in operations administration.
  2. Organizational Ability: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  3. Communication: Effective communication skills.
  4. Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to acquire new knowledge.

  12. Preferred Requirement: Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 frameworks
